The Book

When I started to draft the prologue, I found that I cannot get out of the Chinese context to sort out what I wanted to say.

I have never been a good writer, not even good at communicating with others. This is one of the reasons why I chose to learn visual communication design, to convey information through something other than language.

If it is not a coincidence, I may never come to the valley full of sunshine. In the past three years, there are many memories left in Phoenix. This book covers almost all of my works in sophomore and junior years in the graphic design program at Herberger Institute of Arizona State University.

This book is dedicated to myself.
