Spatial
purposeless as the present continuous tense
“purposeless” is a progressive motion based on what we talk about when we talk about up and down in 2019.
This is more like an unconscious action or a ritual of returning to the ego. The purpose of the up and down is to allow visitors to understand himself/herself without worry when visiting this exhibition. I tend to use the word allow rather than ask. So it can be purposeless. In an age when people are increasingly anxious to find a reason for their actions, interaction facilities without a purpose are undoubtedly a relief for people.
“purposeless” has no passive state. Spontaneity is the only force that guides visitors forward. Until the end of the journey, everyone will lead to different endings due to different decisions, and at the same time become part of the randomness of the exhibition.
Randomness and spontaneity are two elements that support purposelessness, and they break into 7 nodes in reality:
venue
Sijiao Island is one of the remote islands of Shengsi Archipelago, a tourist destination and a fishery in the East China Sea. The only way to access it is by water.
Islands are always inseparable from the complex called lighthouse. The highland on the edge of an island is usually a foothold for a lighthouse. The venue of the architecture is set close to the eastern end of the island, which is beside the road.
